He holds current auctioneer and resale licenses in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Glendale, Surprise, Scottsdale, Mesa, Prescott, and Peoria. We specialize in complete or partial estate liquidations. Our specialty is low mileage estate vehicles. You do absolutely nothing. Take the items you want and leave the rest to us. We will sell the complete contents of the home. Cars, golf carts, jewelry, coins, guns, antiques, collectibles, pots, pans, all kitchen items, all furniture, tools and anything else left in the home.

Most estate auctions take 2 to 5 hours to complete. We leave the home completely empty. No trash or unsold items left. The home is ready for your real estate agent. We can also recommend a real estate agent for you, if you do not have one. We will mail you a check in full minus our commission within 3 business days in full. No waiting.
Our commission rate is 20% to 30% depending on the size of the estate.
If an automobile is included in the estate, a $100 professional detail fee will apply to ensure maximum selling price.
